Rachel and I just returned from a wonderful time in the UK. In additional to invaluable time spent with family and friends, we saw some beautiful English country side, like the one pictured above (though I cannot take credit for this picture, that goes to Luc B via Compfight).
Highlights from the trip:
1. Teaching English nephew and nieces how to play “Candyland” (a game mostly unheard of in the UK)
2. Hearing the gospel faithfully preached in a small Anglican church
3. Singing worship songs with friends on New Years Eve
4. Drinking IRN-BRU
5. Reading through an inspiring biography on Bonhoeffer (http://www.amazon.com/Bonhoeffer-Pastor-Martyr-Prophet-Spy/dp/1595552464)
